Terms and Conditions
1.Registration is effective from when the school has received the registration form and the payment of the course from the student.
2.Payment is by international postal order payable to the Institute, by credit card, by bank transfer or in cash.
3. Payment for the course can be made every month. There are however discounts available for courses lasting 16 weeks or more if the student pays in advance at the time of registration or at the latest by the first week of attending the course.
If a student visa is needed, the student will have to pay for he whole of the course in advance, as this is an Italian governmental requirement for those entering the country from non-EU countries
4. Accommodation can be paid for in advance at the time of registration or at the school office on the first day of the course.
5. In the event of cancellation of the course please promptly notify the school office by mail or e-mail. No refund can be given of the amount paid but you can attend the course at a future time.
6. No refunds will be given for absences or interruptions to the course by the student.
7. The course is not transferrable to another person, even a relative.
If a visa is refused by the Italian Embassy or Consulate the whole of the amount paid will be refunded, less € 100 administrative costs, on the return of the original registration documents or a written explanation of the rejection from the Embassy.
9. Students receiving a scholarship and in need of accommodation must pay for the accommodation in advance, or on receipt of confirmation of acceptance of the scholarship on the part of our school.
10. The accommodation in question is only for the use of students who have requested it and may not be used to accommodate relatives or friends without the express consent of the owner.
11.Students are insured for accidents and injuries in the school.
For all other accidents and medical emergencies, it is advisable to obtain insurance that is recognised in Italy.
